ABOUT
Now in its 21st year, the African Investigative Journalism Conference, hosted and organised by the Wits Centre for Journalism, returns to Wits University in 2025 for another packed edition featuring the brightest minds in investigative journalism from Africa and around the world. Join us for three days of lectures, masterclasses, story showcases and networking from 5 to 7 November in Johannesburg.
#AIJC2025 will also feature the third annual African Investigative Journalist of the Year Award ceremony, scheduled to take place on the second day of the conference.
BULK DISCOUNTS
Please note that bulk discounts are available for 5 to 9, and 10+ ticket purchases. Use the promo codes AIJC2025-FIVE (15% off) and AIJC2025-TEN (20% off) respectively during the ticket purchase process. Only one promo code can be used per transaction.
IMPORTANT: When making bulk ticket purchases, please ensure that the name of each ticket holder corresponds with the name of the actual person who will be using the ticket during the conference. Each ticket must be attributed to an individual name. The ticket purchaser will need to register each attendee.
STUDENTS AND FREELANCERS
Students and freelancers will receive 50% off the standard ticket price, but must apply directly with the organisers. Students can email proof of registration, while freelancers can submit proof of freelance status to [email protected]. Upon confirmation, applicants will receive a discounted promo code to use during purchase.
